Refund policy
ORDER RETURN
If you are not fully satisfied or change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. However, you are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items and for paying return freight. When sending an item back to RSEAT, please ensure the following: The item is in its original box with all original packaging, tools, and documents. The return shipping fee is non-refundable.
We will not accept a return or exchange in some situations, these include:
– Failure to follow assembly instructions
– Damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or improper care
– Items damaged by external factors such as flooding or fire
– Items showing noticeable wear and tear
– Custom items, unless a manufacturing fault
– On occasion when we feel there has been an abuse of our return policy in the past.
Damaged Items on delivery
Be sure to carefully inspect all Item (freight) deliveries for damage before signing the bill of lading. If item(s) arrives damaged or defective, you must report the damage to the RSEAT support. In this case, RSEAT arranges the return and replacement of the damaged or defective product(s).
