These conditions apply to the use of this Website, and by accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.

PAYMENT

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and delivery charges as set out in the secure Checkout page. PayPal can make payment: Credit Card / Debit Card by PayPal (supports most major credit or debit cards, no PayPal account required), Credit Card / Debit Card (Stripe), or Bank Wire transfers.
Orders passed by PayPal are NOT subject to an additional percentage transaction fee or any other fee.

Fees for International bank wire payments are due to the customer.

We do not collect or store your credit card data. Instead, we use a secure merchant gateway where you can safely enter your credit card information.

PRICING

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Product (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.

WARRANTY

All RSEAT products carry a defect period and a manufacturer part warranty of 5 years (five years). The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, and improperly installed or tightened fasteners are not covered by the warranty. The guarantee expires if the customer changes the goods delivered. With defects that are the buyer's fault because of improper handling, the buyer is committed to filing a damage claim with DHL. If any part is damaged in transit or defective, RSEAT will replace it and deliver it free of charge. D-BOX Haptic systems carry a defect period and a manufacturer part warranty of 2 years (two years).

INVOICING

An invoice will be provided when you receive your order. If you require the invoice to be sent under separate cover – e.g., if your purchase is a gift to be sent to the recipient – please indicate this in your order.

GUARANTEE

RSEAT guarantees that the purchased goods are new and unused, free of material and manufacturing flaws at the time of the transfer to the carrier. Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for flaws and quality.


We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible on our website. Actual colors may vary. Every PC monitor, tablet, or other mobile device has a different color display capability. We try to present our products as life-like as possible, but please understand that the color may vary slightly from the display.

REGISTRATION

The personal information you are required to provide when you register as a customer must be true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. You must notify us immediately by email of any changes to the personal information before your order is shipped. You must not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or name you are not authorized to use.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or by the use of any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.

CONTRACT

Once we receive payment, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by emailing you at the email address you provided at checkout. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our current website prices, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, contact details, and Privacy Policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. RSEAT Ltd. accepts responsibility under these terms & and conditions for its commitment to you.
