Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after payment receipt and shipped via DHL. All packages are shipped to your door. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected. If the carrier damages a shipment, we will replace all damaged items at no further cost.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We call your attention to the need to check the status of your shipment by opening and checking its state inside on the day of receipt. Indeed, the package may be in perfect cosmetic condition outside, but if it has been dropped on one side, it could be damaged. If you have a problem, please contact us right away.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
How do you estimate your shipping cost? Shipping cost is applied after you add the product to the shopping cart (the shopping cart has a built shipping cost calculator) and proceed to the checkout page (it will automatically calculate shipping cost after the delivery address is provided)

Goods purchased overseas are subject to customs import duties in Canada, also known as Value-Added Tax (VAT) or excise duties. This is a standard practice, and the duties are collected by your local government customs authorities.
RSEAT is a CETA registered member (The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, or CETA, is a trade agreement between the EU and Canada).
Products originating in the European Union and products originating in Canada on importation into the European Union benefit from preferential tariff treatment under this Agreement. No Duty TAX is collected, only VAT.
